24. f. Players
1. Elegibility
All the players participating in the European Cups shall be:
-regularly registered with their club
- regularly registered in the national competition with their club the running year, with which they participate in the Cup tournament
In case of a complaint, the information asked by C.E.B. to the National Federation, will rule.

If we use football analogy, the whole affair is as if, say, Inter Milan would use players from, say, Roma in the European Champions League while those players still play for Roma in Italian Serie A. That simple.
